Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

Collaboration with ODNR

Several of our collections collaborate with the Ohio Division of Natural Resources (ODNR); some participate in the Ohio Biodiversity Conservation Partnership (OBCP), a formal association between Ohio State's Department of Evolution, Ecology, and Organismal Biology (EEOB), School of Environment and Natural Resources (SENR), and the Ohio Division of Wildlife.

The Borror Laboratory of Bioacoustics has produced several animal sound CDs in collaboration with ODNR which also include some booklets with information about vocalizing species. You can order these CDs and booklets from ODNR, pick some up here at the museum, or download the PDFs from the ODNR webpage.
