Loans of physical specimens will be issued to faculty or permanent research / curatorial staff of recognized educational / research institutions. Physical specimens will be shipped to an institutional address only. 

Students, associates, and other non-permanent staff / faculty, please provide name and phone number for supervisor or a permanent research / curatorial staff who will be responsible for the loan.
