  • NOTE: Type status is only valid after publication following the Code of Zoological Nomenclature rules.


    Preparation
  • Note: We cannot accept bulk samples, wet or dry, as research vouchers.

    Collecting permits

  • Upload pdf file with all collecting, exporting/importing permits associated with the specimens.

    Upload requirements

    Include copies of collecting, exporting / importing permits, USFW forms if/when applicable, and any other document that applies to the legal removal of the specimens from the wild and the transportation of the specimens away from the place of collection, and any proof of ownership by the person depositing the vouchers.
